• The Be-Wise Resource Center. The center contains a large number of books, materials, articles and workbooks to help increase your understanding of drug abuse, prevention and enforcement policies and strategies. The knowledgeable staff can refer users to related materials concerning community health and safety.
• Be-Wise Educational and Activity Tool Kit. Be WISE Tool Kit is a multi-faceted program focused on preventing and reducing underage and problem drinking on college campuses, and requiring university, law enforcement and local government officials, beverage alcohol retailers and others to act in partnership to reduce underage and problem drinking and to create a healthy learning environment for students to excel.
  
  The tool kit provides educational materials to increase understanding of the issues related to underage and problem drinking, the challenges and the potential solutions. The overview provides a foundation on which each of the seven target populations can build successful strategies.
